Biography
Dr.-Ing. Amir Mehmood obtained his Ph.D. degree in Engineering from the department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Technische Universität Berlin / Deutsche Telekom Innovation Laboratories, Berlin, Germany in 2012 under the supervision of Prof. Anja Feldmann. He received degree of M.Sc. (Electrical Engineering) in 2005. After graduation, he has worked at TELIPS Payphones as Manager Technical, Siemens Engineering, Pakistan as Senior Executive Engineer, and Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited as ADE Network Administrator, Pakistan Internet Exchange. Currently, he is Associate Professor and Director of High Performance Computing and Networking Lab at Al-Khawarizmi Institute of Computer Science (KICS), University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
